Zestard ‑ Easy Donation

We’ve been using Easy Donation across six of our Shopify stores, and the experience has been excellent. The app works well for our donation campaigns and has been flexible enough to accommodate our specific requirements across multiple stores. A special thanks to Abhishek and the support team. We use this to facilitate open donations to our museum. I like how seamlessly it fits in on the cart and checkout pages. We also use it as a standalone product. This was a little more difficult to set up, but with quick and efficient help from the support team, we were able to get it running.

We used this app to allow adding donations at checkout. It has been beneficial for us and our customers so they don't have to find a "product" labeled donation to be able to donate. When we needed help or service they have been fast to respond.

Depending on your theme, it may not be a totally simple drag and drop, but support was very helpful and responsive in troubleshooting and answering questions.

We are using this app to manage donations for our Foundation. It does exactly what is described and works perfectly for us with pre-defined amounts and custom amount fields. I did have one issue that I could not resolve myself. The support team is amazing. They fixed my issue within 24 hours. Very responsive. Very helpful. If you are gathering donations for a foundation or non-profit. You should use this app. I found nothing else comparable. Use this app. You won't regret it.

It's really a pleasure finding this company, doing the donation app. We needed an app for this, and it works right out of the box and easy to setup. It was more complicated to get it customized to the way we wanted this, but the support department is super friendly and helpful and helped us to customize the look as we wanted and in a short time. This is an AWESOME app! Customer service and support is EXCELLENT! I highly recommend this donation app! The ONLY thing they need to improve is, they need to get a recurring donation button. Other than that...definitely get this Easy Donation app!

We have been running this app for a while for a non profit and it has worked out very well for us. Recently I encountered an issue after updating our theme and sent in an email for help. My situation was responded to quickly and Vivek had my issue fixed within minutes of receiving permission to collaborate with our account. Top notch service.

The customer service is great! They respond in a timely manner if I have any questions. They are also kind enough to run reports for us for when we need more info.
