I must say, the team responded incredibly quickly when I made my request; I initially thought they were using AI to reply. They worked seamlessly to fulfill my rule-based requirements, which was fantastic. I'd give them five stars!
This app is very good, I used it for re-ordering shipping rates or renaming it based on rules, it's quite easy to setup and working perfectly. Support team is very responsive and helpful.

We needed some complicated shipping rules set up based on the service the customer required and the postcode to be delivered and the guys behind the app understood what was required and had everything set up for me within 24 hours.
