Simple and effective implementation provide endless possibilities. Either can be done with all purchases, different cash back for different collections, products, customers… you can imagine the freedom it can provide in terms of helping liquidation and driving customers back for loyalty. Klaviyo and flow integration is a big plus. The tool is improving everyday with more options and the support is probably the best support and communication system I’ve received in Shopify. This app is 5 stars! It will sky rocket into Shopify top ranking! Undoubtedly!

Using Dollarback has been great for us. We normally have a fall off of repeat order after 90 days. Now we have a way of enticing those clients back. Definately seen an increase in sales due to Dollarback. The customer service is amazing and definately better than I anticipated. Highly recommend!!

Incredible. 10 stars. We came from another big popular points app and right when I saw Dollarback on the Shopify app store, I knew it was a winner for our store. It has all the features I was looking for. The creator is an awesome person really trying to help businesses. I literally compared all apps for hours and did sales calls etc... all the processes and then I saw the Dollarback app and knew immediately this is what our store needs and our customers love it and its so simple and easy. je viens de l'installer et payer mais je me rends compte que la plupart des options ne sont pas compatibles avec mon abonnement (bien sûr il faut payer la formule la plus chère) d'autre part l'insertion de cashback pour mes clients existants est contre intuitive, elle a adresse par défaut un mail très impersonnel et pas du tout formaté à 1500 de mes clients avant que je m'en rende compte. Pour l'instant ce n'est pas une bonne expérience. En plus aujourd'hui je reçois un mail de leur part pour me dire que leur appli ne fonctionne plus actuellement.

I can not recommend this app enough! Chat support is near instantaneous with their replies, friendly and thoroughly helpful! Setup is easy and the cash back program is far more customizable than we found on other apps we tried. Thank you Dollarback!

Has most functions you need and very quick support

Dollarback was very easy to set up, and our customers understand store credit much better than points, so we’re already seeing more repeat purchases and reviews. Even though I’m still on the free tier, Lesle always goes above and beyond whenever I need help, which really gives me confidence in using this app long term.
