Disputely has saved us so much time handling chargebacks. Easy to use, great support, and it actually wins disputes. Highly recommend

Disputely has been excellent. The platform is easy to use, the automation saves us a ton of time, and their team has been extremely responsive whenever we need help. We use them across multiple stores, and they’ve made handling disputes and chargebacks significantly easier to manage. Great product, great support, and a team that actually understands e-commerce. If Shopify let me give 6 stars, I would.

Good service. Better coverage then the last service I used and less getting less chargebacks from using their resolve system that the last company I used didnt even have.

great app, they have a feature called RESOLVE no other app currently as far as I know and it's really helpful for decreasing chances of a chargebacks. also great support they helped me onboard quick and with ease.

Useless, Dashboard Does not work properly. They don't even fight chargebacks as they promised to us while on boarding their platform.

They took no time at all to help me start fighting disputes once setup and helped me setup rules for chargeback alerts that made sense for my business. Very responsive support and an overall good experience so far.

Extremely disappointed with how Disputely handles ETHOCA alerts. The entire purpose of ETHOCA notifications is to prevent chargebacks by alerting merchants early so the issue can be resolved before a dispute is filed. However, in our case we were charged for an ETHOCA alert even though the transaction still became a dispute anyway. If the dispute is already happening, the alert clearly did not serve its intended preventative function — yet the fee was still applied. For merchants relying on these alerts to reduce chargebacks, being charged for notifications that don’t actually prevent the dispute is frustrating and feels misleading. I’ve reached out to support for clarification, but this experience makes it difficult to trust the value of the service.

honestly thought this was gonna be another overhyped service that doesn't deliver. i was wrong. setup was straightforward, support actually responds fast, and the alerts work. not much else to say, it just does what it's supposed to do.

Probably the worst app to use if you want to actually fight AND prevent chargebacks. Everyone working there is slow to respond, slow to solve issues, and don't care. I was unenrolled from from one of the RDR's or CDRN's (not sure which), and Disputely cared so much, that they didn't even tell me. Overall, terrible company. Had like 50% coverage at one point. Not worth. Go with someone credible like Chargeblast. Literally no point of going with these guys

I got charged for the same chargeback twice despite having automatic refunds set up. Support walked me through how my account should actually be configured, and once I explained the full situation, they refunded one of the chargebacks and showed me how to protect myself from it happening again. Genuinely hadn't experienced that kind of support in a long time.

The best chargeback mitigation app I've used to date. Genuine team that addresses and resolves your concerns, answers quickly, and doesn't feel like a corporate AI chatbot when you speak to them. Enrollment was quick and easy, they guide you through everything. Better rates than competitor apps as well. 5/5
