I needed to set up a complex discount campaign in a very short time. I tried several different apps, but none of them could meet my requirements. With Discount Bot, I was able to set everything up quickly, and their support team was always there to help whenever I ran into an issue. Thank you so much! With the new version, there are now so many more possibilities. Highly recommended!
The app says it's correctly installed. And now options appear in the Discount section of Shopify. However, it fails to launch, making it unusable to us. We're on the Sitar theme, but I doubt the theme has anything to do with this.
The app seems to work well and is easy to use. There are a few features in development that will improve it a lot. The development team are quick to respond to questions and provide help, which is great.
I actually uninstalled it because I had a little trouble. The developer contacted me and asked about it and he walked me through a ridiculously easy fix. And it works AMAZING! It is robust enough to do what we need it to do for our site. Really glad they did followup with me; they totally won me over!
This app has solved all of our headaches when it comes to discounts and Shopify. There are more discount options and configurations that I didn't even know I could do until exploring DiscountBot. From solving simple things like excludind sale items, to more complex discounts this app has been a game-changer. Big thanks for introducing Super Discounts - this is an excellent tool! The developper has also been extremely helpful as I learn how to use this app - professional, very timely with their replies, and very patient! Thanks and keep up the great work!

They had the perfect solution for us! The app didn't have the exact functionality we needed but they updated it to work for us. We needed it to not discount certain new SKU's but still add those quantities into the qualifying total, and they quickly built that into the app for us and it now works beautifully. The APP and Service is great! Was finally able to do discounts with quantities larger than 100 products (Shopify limits to 100 products per discount code)! Discounts are working properly and was easy to set up and use. Very happy with APP and would recommend it!
After much research, we found that this app is the only one that allows us to exclude products on sale with a compare at price for our discount codes. Their support is amazing as well.

Discount Bot has been an excellent solution for our business! We particularly appreciated how it addressed our requirement to avoid discounting certain sale SKUs with active promotions to avoid stacking, which was challenging due to Shopify's 100-product limit. While the app initially lacked some specific features we needed, their customer support team was incredibly responsive and implemented updates to enhance its functionality. Since we started using Discount Bot three months ago, it has made a significant difference, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with them!
They created a custom pricing plan per my request (a flat rate which I could apply to one collection of products).
This was the only app we found that allowed us to exclude products on sale, which is a key feature for us. The ability to bulk-create up to a million discount codes at a time is a huge time-saver, and the app is incredibly easy to use. Plus, the support and updates have been amazing, thanks to Bharath for the excellent assistance!
We are a hybrid B2B and D2C store and were looking for a system to provide our partners with single-use discount vouchers, which could combine product discounts with free shipping on 1 single voucher (not natively possible in Shopify). This app does just that and we're happy that it is here.
