parfait !

thank Judy!

I've been using the app for 1 year now. Has worked perfectly. I received help setting up and haven't needed any further assistance since then. I recommend the product without hesitation.

Everything worked well. I did get a little assistance because I'm new to this, but everything worked well. This is an Awesome service. Thank You!

Good service from Sofia, who btw is not an ai bot so real service ;)

The app works perfectly. Super detailed and easy to follow!

Very good support from the beautiful JUDY and she really helped with the process

I really love this app. I especially love the people who run it who are always so kind and helpful without a long wait. I love that there is a chat right in the app in my shopify store. I love that they have a pre-order function--super helpful. It has made me a lot of money for so little effort lol. Excellent little business. Wish there were more like them. This app is great, especially for beginners and the DIY person like me. Anytime I need help Leo was there not even a minute later to help. Great for my long tutorial files. Just add it, give it a try and see how it goes. Thank you again for all your help.

Devin was very helpful and gave the needed information. Thank you

Love this app! BIG Digital Downloads allows me to send my Guides to customers with ease! Wish all apps made it this easy to run my store! I would recommend to anyone who is selling digital products to give these guys a shot! They have stellar customer service and the CEO contacted me personally to make sure I was happy with the product. Appreciate the simplicity of the app and overall wonderful service provided by their team!

Great service and support! I suggested a fix for a feature I needed, and the development team resolved it quickly. I recommend it, thank you! Ótimo atendimento e suporte! Fiz uma sugestão de correção para uma função que precisava, e a equipe de desenvolvedores resolveram rapidamente. Recomendo, obrigado!

Amelia was courteous, helpful and efficient. I appreciate the timely, good customer service. It is a deciding factor in my decision to upgrade. This first impression has set the tone for how you treat me as a free subscriber and once I am a paying customer. Thank you.
