I had few issue with the App and there was delay in replying my inquiry. However, Matt, from customer support reached out to me and worked with me to resolve my pending issue. I would rate this service to be 10 stars if its available. I wish them all the best taking this App to the next level.
This is the app I've been looking for! Customer service a bit slow to respond but actually great app to have. Very helpful support staff and definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great app with great support! I had some issues with functionality and contacted the developer about it. Not only he replied in a day, he also went right there to fix it. We also talked about some other features I wish to see in the app and currently, they are in the works!
Great app with a clean integration. I like the smooth Etsy style, which makes it simple for the customers to see when they receive the items.
You advertised that we can add 10 delivery profiles but I only created 4 delivery profiles and only can apply them to 10 products? This is not a good advertising. You should say that on the free plan you only can have 10 products applied to the delivery profiles. It's very said because I enjoyed the app but I will not pay for this. Thank you
Great app; it does exactly what it is supposed to do with the possibility to create profiles and customize the widget. 5 star support, too. The developer was quick to respond when I reached out for an issue and kept me updated on the progress while he was fixing it.

Straightforward to set up and it does what you'd expect. It adds more clarity around delivery times by different products.
Some of our product ships off location so this helped let users know when products would arrive. Support was super quick to respond.
