I turned to Customix help desk with preview issues. In about 10 minutes it was fixed! Super quick response and problem handling time :)

Just started using it, so far so good, much easier to set up compare to many others alternative customize app. Specialist Perdita is helpful and responsive.

Very good, the only thing missing is an upsell to customers, something like: Add another photo for $2.00

I had a terrible experience. The app stopped working and I could not get in, I booked a call to try to get in the app and get guidance and no one showed up to the call. The company is a whole in the wall company with customer support at midnight because they are in a third world country with a 12 hours difference. This app is one of the worse apps that I have ever purchased. The customer service is terrible. I do not recommend this app. I have no idea how this company has 5 stars. They are unreliable and very unprofessional.

Honestly, Customix made it super easy to sell personalized gifts. The clipart library is solid, and our customers have so much fun picking their characters. I was a bit worried about setup, but it was easier than expected. Plus, their support is awesome — they actually care and help fast. Since adding Customix, our conversion rate and AOV have both gone up. Totally worth it!
