Custom Pricing: Wholesale B2B

Our price syncing broke unexpectedly and wrecked havoc on or store. We reached out to Bold support specifically Chintak, and Bhumi. Once they were involved, the site was back in good working condition quickly.

Their customer service is great! I was able to work with GURI today and look forward to being able to access and work the app better. Thank you! Had the opportunity to also work with Challi resolving another concern and received excellent customer service again. Thank you all!

The is a great app, that is easy to use, and adds important functionality required to build and operate larger retail and wholesale stores (Shopify Wholesale channel has no API). Bold also offered us good support when needed.

Intuitive app, simple set up and it does what it's made to do. It's a huge contributor to our shop. There are resources for assistance such as forums and youtube and, like in my case, If I wasn't able to find a solution the Bold team (Stephanie and Taylor) ware quick to help with an issue and very friendly. 5/5

This app is very helpful, especially if not only you need a % discount base but a fixed discount base pricing. Also the chat support rep Rajni Harpreet was very helpful and quick answering all my doubts!!

Took me three days to get the answers I needed but finally found it. I think some of the support team need to read the queries more diligently rather than just sending a link to after a cursory glance. Rajni keep on task with me and we finally reached the right info... Im going to try it and hopefully it will meet my wildest dreams and expectations :P
