The only app I've found that offers a modern order history search for customers, where people can search by product name or description. An overall upgrade to the entire customer profile page as well, lots of extra features and highly customizable (complete with a place to use custom CSS) The team at Custlo has been very kind and professional, working with me to solve out every issue or nitpick I had, even as far as developing new features. Highly recommend the app as a more user friendly and modern experience for any of your returning customers.

We are a B2B e-com wholesaler about to launch with Shopify in Australia. Custlo has enabled us to be able to lock the customer account screen as all data is required to be stored and updated in our ERP. We wanted an extra customisation and within 24 hours working with Sunil in support this was achieved. I would recommend this app to another B2B business using Shopify.

The native Shopify account page is pretty "weak" and doesn't match the branded professional look of most sites. We added Custlo to improve the look and feel of the page. The app enabled us to add things that are important to customers, for example an easy way to reorder or to see rewards points. We have worked with customer service several times and they are always willing to assist us.

Sunil, was great help, very responsive - surprised the app can do more than i thought, looking forward to implementing it.

This is a great app that makes up for an area Shopify is lacking in. Our customers can now change their own password, update their information, and manage their account without having to contact us. This is how it should work! Easy to set up and integrate with our website. Highly recommend.

First off the app is perfect for a much better Customer Profile experience. Secondly I needed some changes made and the team responded right away and helped make the changes happen. I am a customer for life, this compliments my store immensly.

App looks good, much better than the default in my theme. However I couldn't see much point to the profile extra fields as these are only visible inside of the app. If the dev could open these up to use with the order pages or on the actual customers profile page using the metafields then this would actually be a useful feature. It's also clearly an app that pops up on top of your existing page as you get a flash of the themes default account page before it loads.

Really good app and customer service, they fixed every issue I had. The plan change, they integrated with the other app that I have. I'm very satisfied.

The app looks great, and we want to try it out. But it doesn't work with New Customer Accounts yet. Any update on when it will be compatible with 'New customer accounts' ?

I am very impressed with this app and team. There always little issues that come up when introducing a new component to a website and these guys were super responsive. They were able to go into the back end of my website and fix the issue in a matter of hours. The app works exactly as described.

Would not recommend. It does NOT pull in all the information from the original shopify dashboard. They want to charge me more money to pull in the information that is already included with the shopify dashboard. Look elsewhere. UPDATED Review: They did eventually do the correct coding / programming work to get all the information that Shopify pulls in to pull in with their app. They went from wanting to charge me $80, to wanting to "only" charge me $40, to then doing it for free. A little frustrating, but it did happen. Still not happy with how things went down. Still switching to a different app. Recommend going with someone else. the Thing they say is NOT default in Shopify is. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

It was a decent looking customer dashboard and it worked well for the first few days. I was using the free version and was considering switching to the Growth plan, but out of nowhere it stopped working and was back to the original customer dashboard. I contacted support, and they responded same day. They said they'd check the issue and see what they can do. Its been close to two weeks now and I had sent another message a week ago to see if they forgot or something but it seems they disregarded my issue and chosen not to respond. I will be uninstalling this app now and looking for another one with better customer support. While I am not sure how they treat their current customer base, I can say for a new customer like me, its been a displeasing experience, to say the least
