GREAT SUPPORT! KNOWLEDGEABLE, HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE! This is the only app on the shopify app store that allows shipping customization on this level for such a reasonable price. I had trouble with the way my options were displaying so I contacted support and they did a great job finding the issue and helping me solve it in a matter of hours. I WOULD recommend it.

Difficult to set up. I've had this installed for over a year and have contacted them multiple times about helping me set this up for my shop. No one can ever offer me any tips or information about how to use this app - and they're unwilling to offer any refunds for all the money I've spent on them. I should have uninstalled forever ago. Super disappointed.

The client support was effective and very fast, and the app works perfectly so far! I'm using it to upload shipping rates by zip code from a CSV table.

Fantastic customer service, Min implemented the code for our rates and we are testing them out first thing in the morning I have to give 5 stars for now To help out you have to be able to generalise your shipping rates, so first approach your shipper, get up to date data from them, set up your equations and supply as much info you can to Min I'll add to the review shortly when we see it in action (waiting on our New Years Sale rush to stop)

5 Star App and 5 Star Service from Min. What we thought would be an incredibly difficult thing to do was made to seem like a breeze with Bespoke Shipping. An absolute must have APP to customise shipping charges. Min attendeded to it quickly and effectively with no hassles. Absolutely recommended!

This app is not for beginners or those who want simplified better shipping options out of the box...BUT if you are looking for unlimited power and customization of your business logic, this is exactly what you need. We have a super complex setup, where we have two stores that are massively geographically separate and we ship large items where accurate shipping charges are key as getting it wrong is the difference between profit and loss. In the space of a week with an intermediate PHP coder, we had the logic to ship from one or both locations in a single order, to anywhere in our target country, with a choice of two shipping carriers. Where Shopify's out of the box shipping would never allow us to any degree of accuracy with shipping charges, Bespoke Shipping has us getting it right to the cent. Can't recommend highly enough, but make sure you have the skill to code (or use the developers service to help) and understanding of your own business logic and needs first. It's not meant to be simple, it's meant to be fully customizable, and it is.

I had a complicated shipping setup that I was unable to find a solution for and Shopify Support recommended Bespoke Shipping. I then reach out to Min the developer for Bespoke Shipping. I was walked through the entire process and the setup was completed. Min was super fast in responding to emails and getting everything functioning. This app is awesome especially if you have multiple shipping options setup between Wholesale and Retail customers. Thanks, Min!

This is an amazing app! A must-have for any store that wants to solve one of the biggest weaknesses within the standard Shopify set up. The lack various shipping options and logic within Shopify was a huge issue that was solved with this application. However, where Bespoke out-performs is the service and support. Min is an absolute genius and takes the time to get your rules in order, and implemented correctly. I would highly recommend spending a little extra to have her handle the heavy lifting on implementation. Our set-up was very complicated with over 20 vendors, and at least 30 different output scenarios to the shipping options based on vendors in the cart, stock in various locations, and our WMS, vs. drop shop vendors etc. The code she developed was over 500 lines and extremely clean. Even our CTO reached out to me to make a point and compliment her on the organization of the coding and efficiency on how it was written. If you have a complicated set-up, you can expect a few adjustments to be made, but Min will be there very step of the way responding and changing to your needs within 12-24 hours. We had been researching our freight solutions for months and couldn’t have been happier that we made the choice to go with Bespoke. There were even several nights whereas Min would be working for hours in real time with us as we went live on site with the app. Lastly, the financial benefit can not be understated. Since incorporating this application our conversions increased by 30%, shipping revenue increased 80% while customer satisfaction based on testimonial pages went from a point of dis-satisfaction, to one of areas which we can be proud of from a customer service perspective. We couldn’t live without this application and only wish we had implemented 6 months sooner. There are few apps that have a support staff whom do what they say within the time frame quoted, and whom you can count on to be there downstream as needed. This is once company who will. If you need to improve your shipping rates logic, I would not hesitate to give them a try. This is truly one of the top 3 additions we would allow in our theme code. Thank You again Min! I haven't reviewed many apps on Shopify because I end up not using the apps for very long because they don't meet my needs. I have been using Bespoke Shipping for over a year and it's awesome. Yes, I paid to have the Bespoke team write all the code for my very complex and unique shipping situation (we ship frozen items and the amount of dry ice we use varies based on where we are shipping it and how many items the customer orders). I thought the price was VERY reasonable and each time I want additional logic or customizations added in, they are either a free simple change or a low cost more complicated change. There is nothing that Bespoke can't handle for your complicated shipping scenarios. Haven't found a single other app that solves our unique business scenarios.

12.13.2019 I was recommended this app during our launch phase and reached out to support to have some of our complex shipping requirements addressed. Min responded very quickly and has provided top-notch information and support through the entire process. Will continue to test the product volume based algorithm and it's accuracy but Min has already addressed some potential work-arounds if the generic algorithm is not working for our use-case. 1.4.2024 Just coming back to give update. Been using this app across all Shopify stores since we started. Never looked back. It is very customizable and powerful. There is a wizard to setup for standard needs, and if you need something not offered in the wizard, then you can dig into the PHP macro editor and do pretty much anything you need. Every single time I have reached out to support over the years, its always been the best support from any Shopify App. I am not one to leave many reviews, but thats how much I value this app.

This app is simply awesome, I tried some similar apps (which were good I had no issue with them or their support teams) but this app is for both novicies and crazy power users like myself. The ability to craft a script tailored to you personal needs with proper AND/OR rulesets allows for almost unlimited possibilities, I've not played with their Macro tool yet as the Wizard system allows me to do what I need. Min at MZL has been a great help answering my questions regarding rule logic, I'm not sure if Min sleeps as I get answers almost instantly at all times. 6 out of 5 stars for this app. :)

Amazing app, found it when I first began and haven't stopped since, it helps me calculate accurate rates for my customers, integrate my various couriers into one platform and create complex groupings based on my business needs. Customer support is always quick to respond and helpful in sorting out my issues big or small!

Incredible support and very responsive even with a ~12 hour time zone difference. I would recommend this app just based on the outstanding support. The app does exactly what we need and precisely what was described.

Excellent support and solved a long standing problem I had with different shipping groups pertaining to wholesale and retail. WIll use this app a long time I'm sure. Also loads fast enough for a 3rd party app.
