Creditly

Creditly turns refunds into store credit your customers actually keep -- with an optional bonus on top -- and adds simple cashback rules, all on Shopify's native store credit system. No points, no gift-card workarounds. Every credit is itemized: when, why, which order. Export the full log as CSV. Customers can see their balance in your theme with a simple app block. Cancel in one click from the settings page -- no support ticket needed.
