CP24 Form Builder, File Upload

The app works excellent at an affordable price. They have been a pleasure to work with for any customization needs.

The only contact us page app that has both a Captcha, and file upload! Two must-have features on a contact us page.

Their customer service has went above and beyond to help me make my dream contact us page, I highly recommend this app.

Quick and efficient support. I had a user error they resolved quickly and kindly. Would recommend.

Very happy with the results so far. It does everything I need it to and it doesn't cost much. It's a nice, clean form to embed on your webpage. Well worth the price.

My actual name is Courtney (the one filling out this review... I am the Marketing Director for Terri, and her Salon, Ippodaro Natural Salon.) I have been using Shopify for years, working with various stores, and building/managing their site. I have had to use various form apps in the past, and NOTHING compares to this one. Though I am fluent in "Shopify editing" (if you will) sometimes, coding/enabling apps/etc. can baffle me. (You know, certain themes can block various codes, and it can be maddening). The theme we use was causing me problems when trying to add our first form for our website. So, I reached out to Cloud Plug24's support, and they fixed the problem within 18 hours. (It would have been faster if I had been paying attention to my email... so that's on me). The buildout of the form is what I like to call "idiot-proof" (sorry, that's not super okay to say nowadays, but I haven't discovered a more poignant way of saying it. USE THIS APP! P.S. I actually reached out to Shopify's Support when I was beyond frustrated with other form companies. And they suggested CP24.

The support is perfect The app is very intuitive and with a very friendly interface. I loved the support team, they help you in a very agile way and they explain and solve anything you need.

Lost out on $5000 worth of business as the app stopped sending the forms to my email.

great app, was easy to implement the form in my shop. customer service via email was quick and helpful. recommend!

Great app to use to create forms. I need it to create a custom order form for my site, which was easy to make. I did run into a few issues, -which mainly was user error as I am technologically challenged but support was quick to respond and help resolve any issues I had.

Highly recommended Cloud Plug format builder, was super easy setting up a form and anytime i needed assistance or had any queries the support team were quick to respond and so helpful!

Wonderful! Not only is the product straightforward and easy to use, the support team is incredibly kind, responsive, and competent. We had an issue with implementation and they solved it in a matter of hours! Very pleased so far.

Great value and return with excellent response time and impact. We have a very complex input form for custom orders and this tool handles the inputs nicely.

Great forms, great support and super quick response. Totally added a big plus to my Shopify site with forms that are detailed, responsive and work well! So happy with my choice here Laura

I looked around for a while trying to find an app that would work for my Wholesale application form. Basically, I needed a customisable form that would allow me to approve customers and automatically assign them a tag. This app does all that and more! The customer service is excellent and they will help you if you can't figure something out. I'm very happy with this app!

Great App for forms on our website! We have been using it since switching to Shopify and it has worked well for us. Customer support has also been great and always helped us fix any issues we have. Highly recommend this App!

excellent Customer service. Had an issue with the short link not working. Contacted support and was fixed in 10 mins!

This app is just outstanding. Really well thought out, easy to use, lots of flexibility. We were able to create a detailed registration form to replace Shopify's native one. Form submission results get sent to an email address, get stored in the app itself and can also directly populate a customer record. Really impressed with the feature set and the designers were incredibly helpful in assisting with some issues and customizations. As good as it gets!

The tech help was prompt and excellent. At first I thought my request was not possible but after a chat with this team, my problem was solved. Also, the support goes beyond simply providing direct support. The team follows up with inquiries to make sure their solutions meet my needs. Very prompt and reliable. I highly recommend this app.
