Conversagent was super easy to set up and can answer any questions about our products or shipping/return policies. It picks up info throughout our site automatically and answers questions instantly. We're looking forward to seeing how this improves conversions
Conversagent has allowed my to have an extra staff person who answers my customer questions. I love how intuitive the assistant is. It is not like I am completely talking to a robot. The addition of the emojis also added personality to the interactions. Definitely recommend this app to anyone.
Conversagent has been a fantastic addition to our online toy store. With a friendly manner and relatable style of conversation, my customers can quickly and easily find detailed information about our store, products and shipping information. The set up was easy with the guide easy to follow and we installed the app without any additional support. Highly recommended and very useful and timesaving inclusion in our shop.
We're a small family-run business with a fairly big product catalog, so anything that can save us effort is hugely appreciated, particularly around getting more visitor engagement in our online shop. Conversagent does a really good job at introducing each item and answering complex questions all on its own! It's super easy to set up and much better than anything else we've tried. The app has also been improving continuously since we installed it. Very recommended!
A great AI assistant with ChatGPT responses, focusing solely on your store. It provides excellent answers based on the content of your website, without any unwanted information or nonsense! It can respond in various languages. Awesome. It is still very much in development, so it's getting even better over time. I have very high expectations for the future! Highly recommended to discover.
Having an AI assistant from Conversagent provides a friendly, helpful and immediate way for my customers to have their questions answered. It has editing controls that allow me to adjust the tone of voice and responses, so that it represents my brand.
Really helpful app almost right from the download. We added some more rules and knowledge and really haven't had to worry about much since. It answers questions well, makes good product recommendations and we love that it can plug in on the product page where we want as well as being a bot in the bottom right corner on all the pages. It has definitely helped with our conversion rate.
Without a doubt, this is currently the best AI chatbot for the cost. Their support is excellent and they constantly add new features. Highly recommended.
I am loving the app! In particular how it can learn - initially sweeping the website for information, more importantly you can review what customers ask and then build the knowledge base to better answer questions. Ability to adapt style and more. No complaints here
We started using this app and have found it beneficial for helping customers with generic questions that would normally come through to customer care or we would not even know about. This is a great Chatbot, it sources all the information on your website to help answer questions that your clients might have. It also provides links back to your own content on your site, great to support marketing efforts! Super easy to install, took about 30 seconds. Works well straight away!

I have 100,000 products in my store, and my tags usually don't find all my products. This app is a useful tool for suggesting options to the customer. Interestingly, it can automatically read and summarize the product pages for the client. I'd like to have more time to continue testing it.

We have been testing this app for several weeks and have made it our effective chat assistant tool and are very happy with the results. Once you calibrate it properly and streamline your website information, the app can fluenty read through the information to understand complex customer questions and provide clear answers. The app also absorbs your catalogue info incredibly and product suggestions are very pertinent to the conversation, this is actually the most valuable feature of this app. The customer support is also amazing. For those who are new to Chat Gpt based chat bots this is the app to go as the configuration is incredibly simple yet you can make important customizations to better address your business needs. I would advise to take full advantage of the trial period and customer support to calibrate the app for your website, it will be worth it. They also made some cool improvements to the Knowledge base forms that we are about to test.
