We’ve been using Contlo for over a year now to handle our customer communication and marketing automation across channels like emails & WhatsApp The experience has been smooth so far, with a special mention to Richie from their team, who has consistently provided prompt support and quick query resolution.

If I can provide a negative review I would. I have never seen a more disorganised or casual company. The customer support is pathetic, it took so many days to onboard and the reason given was that the person concerned was laid off. The refund for my amount has been pending a month and after following up, the response given is "What's the hustle here". The worst possible service providers out there. Stay away please.
