Payment missing, supplier unpaid, and still no resolution I used this app to pay my supplier, but the payment never reached them and the money has not been returned. Despite providing supporting documents and following up repeatedly, I am still waiting for a clear explanation and a resolution. This delay has put unnecessary pressure on my business and damaged my confidence in the app. When a payment goes missing, merchants need clear answers, timely updates, and a firm timeline for resolving it. Not recommended at all...

the best thing since sliced bread

i have run into numerous issues using this platform. suppliers not fulfilling orders, missing payouts with no explanation. i am not using this anymore because its made my business look bad and its breaking me financially.
