Cohub Inventory Counting

Very good working app. I never was able to get my inventory so fast than with this app. There are 4 small improvements i think would be good for even faster counting: 1. Be able to find products with the search function in the app with brand names. Now it is only possible with exact product name, barcode or SKU 2. Be able to add a barcode to a product if the mobile app is not able to find it (maybe not easy to provide) 3. Be able in the mobile app to search for a product in the counted page to see how much was counted. 4. Be able to sort counted products in the desktop app to see wich products have the biggest difference between counted stock and active shopify stock.

Deleted the app after I repeatedly was unable to download a spreadsheet of our inventory. Wanted this app to use for our manual inventory count that we do annually. Right at the start the download information appeared rather quickly however when I needed to download everything so I could view the report and compare this information to the information in Shopify, I could not. I needed this to start and again later after we completed the scanning. I wasn’t able to do this as the system was only providing me with a download of a statement regarding their auto pay charge for the app. Time is of the essence and not having support available to assist on the weekends and/or after “banking office” hours is not beneficial for us as a small business. We work many hours behind the scenes and counting inventory after business hours when there is no customer traffic. Unfortunately not having support available to help when we are actually trying to use their software was problematic. It is unfortunate because I really wanted it to work and had high hopes for the possibility of what this software could do.

Looks a good app, and the mobile option is good, but it will be great if you can support continue scanning with a barcode scanner, mobile camera are not always accurate when reading barcode, you should try to enable a simple text input so user can scan barcodes with a scanner.

It looks like the app is not being maintained. No updates since 2022. The app would not install on a new Samsung Galaxy S23, our standard phone for the business. So it was a waste of time even trying to test the app. There is NO clear documentation on compatibility, and surprised you have to use a small mobile app, and have no option to use the app through the browser. I am happy to update the review if there are acceptable responses by the developer.

There are many great features like cycle scans, having multiple team members join a scan, reversals, and other great to have metrics. However, it fails at its core use: scanning items. It allows for an external bluetooth scanner, or with a camera if you use an iOS device. Scanning is only possible via the product barcode and NOT the SKU. It does not allow rapid subsequent scans either, you need to confirm or adjust the quantity after each scan. This means you can't blindly scan products, you need to confirm on the device you use every time. Scanning using Cohub takes significantly longer than using an excel sheet with some handy formula;s that we import.

Cohub makes our annual physical inventory seamless and easy to perform. The mobile app allows scanning barcodes to be a breeze, and the entire process is very streamlined and easy to follow. The response from the app creators with any issues or questions really makes this app an A+ for us as well.

Just love your app and your customer service is out of this world as always! Always quick to respond to any questions or issues I might be having and are open to new feature suggestions.

We used Cohub for our annual physical inventory at our three retail locations and we plan to use Cohub for every PI going forward. Working in teams and counting simultaneously via cellphone sped up our process and was far more accurate that we've had in the past. Cannot recommend enough!

Lifesaver! Although many of our products don't have barcodes, we found it really easy to navigate the app, complete our weekly cycle counts and have everything updated straight away. It's definitely a lifesaver and time saver!

We used this app for the first time of our yearly full count and the experience was just perfect. During the process we made a mistake, the count was abandoned but support restored it and saved due to that hours of our work. Outstanding! We keep using the app and highly recommend giving it a try.

We just finished our best inventory experience ever! The whole team was able to use their phones and complete the job in a fraction of the time it used to take us. The video instructions were easy to follow, and we were even able to get help within minutes when we needed it! We will 100% be using this for every inventory in the future. I originally had a few problems with the app during our 1st 100% inventory but the staff at Cohub were super responsive. Despite the fact that we are in Hawaii, they were very accomodating to our time schedule and were able to troubleshoot our issues. They resolved our issues with 100% satisfaction. I definitely recommend using Cohub as it made our inventory super easy. And I greatly value any company that quickly responds to our needs. Mahalo Cohub.

If you're doing a full inventory (which we do twice a year), this is what you're looking for. It's easy to use, and the reporting it generates is extremely helpful. We have thousands of SKUs, so we needed something that could handle multiple people counting at the same time. Not only does it work, but the customer support is excellent. Steve helped me troubleshoot throughout the entire process, and I really can't thank him enough for the support. I rarely leave reviews for apps, but I felt like I should for Cohub. I'm sure there are people out there with a similar inventory looking for a system to help them manage it. This is it.

The Cohub inventory app is an absolute game changer for doing inventory in Shopify. We have 5 brick and mortar women's fashion and apparel locations as well as Ecom. We do stock take/store inventory monthly. We searched through all of the inventory management and stock taking apps and tested several. Cohub by far is the most seamless, easy to use and has a few must have features that provide a ton of value, that to my knowledge do not exist with the other apps. My favorite feature of the app is the ability to use Cohub's iphone app to make taking inventory fast and efficient. It allows multiple users to use their iphone to scan barcodes of products and add counts on the fly. You can do everything from counting, saving and finalizing the inventory count right on the app. All one has to do is have the app on their phone. Another fantastic feature is the ability to do an inventory count while simultaneously open for business and actively selling. No more waiting until close to do a count. I can't recommend this app enough. Thanks for creating a true solution in Shopify!

We are complete new in Shopify and needed an efficiant way to make a stock count. Cohub is still very new for us but the way it works is easy and fast. Our team is already getting adicted to the "Toys". Cohud is turning an borring job (stock taking) into a day to day routine which everybody likes to do.

The app works flawlessly, and addresses the issues we had with other stock taking apps. The function to "0 out uncounted items" is hugely appreciated. Scanning with the phone sometimes has trouble with older or faded barcodes, but it is just as easy to connect a socket scanner to your phone to make things go a bit faster. Preformed inventory at 2 locations with some 8k SKUs and had no problems. Support is responsive.

This is a MUST have! The App is working like a charm and making stock counting a pleasant affective procedure with the combine teamwork feature. If one have wide stock the app's backoffice make it easy to find duplicates and errors on the inventory. And the most important customer service is superb! Available, friendly and reliable. Any issue we encountered was addressed within hours. Having a mobile App making all the differences between this App and others. HIghly recommended.

Cohub inventory has saved us countless hours on our inventory counts. The iOS companion app connects to our Bluetooth Socket Scanner seamlessly, and the count itself goes as fast as we can scan our inventory UPCs. I had a hiccup with some newer products not scanning properly, and their support replied to my emails in a matter of minutes to help resolve the issue. I highly recommend this to anyone with a large catalog of barcoded inventory.
