Update: Credit where credit is due - Ellis from Club contacted me and explained that there had been some miscommunication issues from their end and quickly resolved the problem.

Club has been a great platform for our small business and their team is genuinely invested in our success. Club.co provides a managed service model that lets SCHLEICH® scale our brand ambassador community without internal hiring. Our Club.co team act as an extension of the SCHLEICH® team. Unlike traditional SaaS tools, Club.co provides us with strategic creative direction, ensuring our campaign missions align with our global product launch calendar. The program allows us to maintain "always-on" status, with Club.co handling ambassador support, mission vetting, and reward fulfilment.
