XCloud Search & Product Filter

I've been using the XCloud Search app for a couple months now and it is WAY better and WAY cheaper than the one I was previously using. Definitely recommend. I also had a small issue with how the search page results were showing up, and their support found a solution for me right away!

An absolutely invaluable and flawless app for searching and filtering. It's easy to set up, and the support—should you have any questions or customization requests—is outstanding and extremely fast. This app is worth every Euro.

This app easily solved our problem for filtering large collections (500,000+ products) that Shopify's standard filtering could not. Nikita was extremely helpful, responding quickly and helping us set up the filters as we needed in our store. Excellent customer service and fast & efficient filtering. Also reasonably priced compared to similar apps which were harder to implement. I would recommend to anyone, especially stores with large inventories!

Excellent product and superb customer service. The Search & Product Filters are easy to set up and support are there to help. I wanted to change how the filters appear on iPad portrait view, whilst leaving landscape view as it was, without changing mobile or desktop appearance. Support had it sorted in 24 hours with a few other changes too! I would highly recommend if you're after an all-round better filter option than the standard, with many other customisable options too!

The most useful and important addition to any store dealing with more detailed/technical filters. Seriously worth every penny. Here is why: We all know Native Search and Filter is an embarrassment. Tested every search and filter available. Many override the native product grid - no good (so that scraps at least 50% of apps), out of the remaining, only a handful handle variant metafields, and out the small select group, this is the only app that handles filter grouping (genius! saves so much time). On top of that, Nikita handled some really custom requests specific to our needs. Would give it 10 stars, super job guys

Great for a free app, however its "visually horrible" looking. The instant search results dont work well in mobile, and if you have a large product catalog they dont let you really see everything. However, this would work great for very small storefronts with minimal products. For larger E-commerce webstores, this doesnt cut the mustard.

This app is great for showing clear information about the products customers are searching for. Prior to installing the app I noticed that searchers where not able to find products stored in a metafield. The theme developers were able to extend the application to search that metafield, which is a real gamechanger for my site. Really appreciate the app and great support team. Highly recommend this app.

Great app and excellent support. Too bad this functionality is not part of Shopify itself. Users have to type the complete name of a product, in the correct order, without any spelling errors to get search results. Shopify please pay attention to these guys to see how it should be done...

It's fine and can be better! Easy to install but not online chat with assistance. I would have something I can place everywhere I need...possible?

This app doesn't work, it's a scam. It doesn't crawl the site at all, it only shows quick suggestions that are totally inaccurate.

Easy to use, it do what we want. If we could translate in frensh the words "filters" and "sort by" it could be better

SLOW SUPPORT, last update of the app (requested by them) made the app stop working. I am tired of wasting time giving access to the devs, writing to them, etc... They should just make proper tests before to ask clients to update the app. I am deleting it even if when is working is very good Anyway the app is not bad at all, but if it doesn't work right away forget about having some sort of decent support.

It's too expensive, I don't recommend. Should be cheaper and useful , I'm still looking for the best one if someone recommends letting me know please. Thank you so much...

I have to say this is the best filter app you can get. The app does exactly what you want. Plus the customer support is very impressive. I had an issue setting up the app but they came through, extended my trial period by another 14days and did the complete setup from scratch. Add to that a very budget-friendly cost, nothing beats this in the app store!

The layout of the app is very poor and the setup instructions are not very clear . Poor development app.

Worked well for what I need, but I would really like a way to customize the color of the filter menu.
