Reviews built to be seen by AI assistants, not just shoppers
Introduction
Collect and display product reviews that both shoppers and AI shopping assistants can actually read
Details
Cited collects product reviews and displays them on your storefront using Shopify's native product review metaobject. Reviews render as server-rendered HTML through a Theme App Extension, rather than a JavaScript widget, so search engines and AI shopping assistants can read the review content directly. Merchants can request reviews after orders, moderate submissions from a dashboard, and keep aggregate ratings synced automatically. Core review collection and display is free.
