CI Upload app is flawless. Setup was easy, the appearance is highly customizable to match our theme perfectly, and the support team is quick and knowledgeable for any support in the app. It meets our requirements. Highly recommended.

I’ve been using the CI Upload Files & Images app on my Shopify store, and it’s been a game-changer for handling custom orders. The setup was super easy, and the upload fields integrate seamlessly with product pages — allowing customers to upload images and files right when they place their orders. The best part is how intuitive it is to use, both for my customers and in the Shopify admin. Customer support has been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I needed assistance, and it quickly added new functionality when I had a special request. This has made tracking uploaded files with the corresponding orders much smoother and more efficient. Highly recommend this app for any store selling personalized products that require customer files or images — it improves the ordering experience and saves me tons of time!

The app is easy to navigate and to set up. The team was very quick to help and implement a functionality that we needed. Thank you again!

Wonderful app and even better people to work with! We had a custom need and the owners of the app personally implemented it and had it rolled out within 24 hrs. Thanks so much!
