We've only been using this app for a couple of days, and we were finally able to identify the exact shipping errors our customers were facing... It's shocking, and now we've got a lot of work to do, but this app does what it says.

This has been tremendously helpful for us! We had no sales for an entire day and were confused until this app helped us discover the cause which ended up being our shipping configurations... Thank you
