Account is connected, but no campaigns and no products are synchronised. The feed is created but products stuck at 0.

I connect to my account no problem and even creates a campaign with no issues. BUT the biggest issue is products just won't sync and there is no way to import or refresh the feed. The feed is created in my ads account but products stuck at 0 since the beginning. Other versions like the " Inmediato" Product Feed app work flawlessly albeit paid, it works at least. Almost ANY you can find in the app market is better than the "official" version, that should show you how bad things really are behind the scenes. As for the ads them selves it's very expensive compared to google and other sources and from my experience (over $1000 spent) i feel the conversion is very low.

So far, it's a bit clunky in terms of the interface. And so far it's expensive... Trying it for a little longer but not sure if we will continue.

If your dream app is one that doesn’t sync properly, is unnecessarily complicated, and somehow manages to have a configuration option for absolutely everything except making the app actually work - congratulations, you’ve found it.

Not ready for real world use. Way too limited.

cannot advertise regionally. the whole usa only? that is a major miss and then they come out and get you to spend $500 so you can earn $500. what a scam. get your stuff in order before rolling out

When trying to connect the Ads.OpenAI account in Shopify, it just keeps spinning and fails to connect. How can I resolve this?

Setup was a snap for both of my Shopify stores, and I just created my first campaign. The question becomes: how will the app perform over time, and will it sync data properly? Since I just launch my campaign, the question remains unanswered. So my rating is based solely on setup.

Products not syncing, manual sync keeps rejecting, support is clueless so far. Not a great start.

Connected without any issues - tested, all the events fired in store reach Ads Manager. Simple setup. Much easier than configuring those events manually before. :)

Won't connect - gives error.

"We don't currently serve ads for this industry. Eligibility may change over time. If you think this is incorrect, please check your email for an appeal link." No email arrived. House decor isn't accepted.

As mentioned above, fails on install. "Unable to verify this connection attempt. Return to Shopify Admin and try again."
