Chargeflow Prevent Chargebacks

Low Quality AI that malfunctions. DO NOT USE! Trust me, if you use it you will be sorry. Don’t be stupid and trust Chargeflow with your revenue. They used a generic AI to submit a minimal, useless response to a major chargeback without ever asking us for evidence!! That’s crazy. They submitted a chargeback a month before the actual deadline, completely locking us out from uploading our own proof. The customer immediately won because the evidence submitted was so stupid!! It is a dangerous tool that does more harm than good. 100% warning to everyone: do not use!

Very nice app! I fully recommend it. Thanks to Carla and Maria who helped me set everything up, they were very attentive and professional.

Chargeflow charged me for four fraudulent transactions that belonged to another store, even though I had never used their app. Despite this, a customer support agent named Chiara refunded only three of the four charges and refused to refund the remaining one. She shamelessly claimed that the refunds were issued as a gesture of “goodwill,” even though these charges were not mine in the first place. This is completely unacceptable. Charging people for fees that belong to another store and then refusing to issue a full refund is outrageous. I strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid this app. Chargeflow should be held accountable for this unacceptable conduct. Nobody should have to fight to recover money they were wrongfully charged.

I have been using CF for a while now. Personally i like the dispute automation best. and MAria from support is efficient.

Decent support, but this app only lost disputes+ they charged me for disputes I won by myself or disputes that weren't even for the store, since they only lose disputes. Should've tried something else, lost thousands

We had an issue early on where a feature we'd specifically asked to be turned off stayed active and we were charged for it. Chargeflow fixed it quickly and refunded the charge. Since then, their team has been very helpful with setting up our account and investigating issues stemming from our Shopify Payments configuration. The alert feature seems to be working well, and has helped prevent a few chargebacks over the last months, which is exactly what we were looking for.

They double charge they charged my shopify bill and then asked me to pay via card I paid via card and asked to them to remove from shopify bill many times very clearly they simply ignore this request. I also never consented to them charging my shopify bill beware,

The feature set is very comprehensive and addresses the main chargeback and fraud-prevention challenges I needed to solve. It has been a valuable tool for managing these issues more efficiently.

Great App, best thing if you wanna recovery your money from chargebacks and paypal disputes. This guys know what they are doing.

I found out about your App from the app store, after we previously got hit by hargebacks, we're new to shopify and it put a bit of a blow into us so we needed someone reliable to help. They've been great so far with everything. Highly recommend.

Thisapp handles chargebacks much better than Disputifer (another app that I don't recommend which breaks your cart page for some reason). Chargeflow has an actual human digging deep to make sure the answer is thorough as possible.
