Chargeback: Auto Prevention

I am getting double charged for being in NDRP program why dont they remove you from their RDR system if they know you get double charged?

I had a problem with account set ups and Roudy was super attentive with resolving and clarifying my issues. Even hoped on a google meets call to explain everything to me, which i never have experienced it with any other custommer support agent/platform. 10/10.

This company has no customer service, takes ages to get someone. Every time you need them, it's impossible. Now I have uninstalled and am moving to another company and need them to release the descriptor, but they are ignoring me and not replying back. I will have to contact all relevant parties and Shopify also, as this is bad to treat their clients this way.

Chargeback.io has been super helpful for managing Ethoca alerts and reducing potential chargebacks for my Shopify store. Setup was smooth, support is responsive, and the system works as expected. Chargeback.io is great for Shopify and prevents too many chargebacks piling up that would otherwise cause a payout reserve. I prefer to use it with a $100 threshold, anything above that I will submit a chargeback response. Its perfect for what I do.

Overall good experience and easy onboarding. Love the layout of the dashboard but I ham having trouble understanding which orders refunds were sent for.
