ChaChing is set to be a game changer for our business. Providing access to millions of consumers and giving us complete control as a business and not relying on online advertising to drive sales. The onboarding was so easy and done in minutes! Highly recommend for all Shopify merchants.
I have been using this app for a while now and it allows me to bring in new customers from a different channel other than the typical Google or Microsoft. The customer support is absolutely a gem. Terrific team, all willing and happy to help resolve any issues. My only critique is the ROAS as there is a limit on that but at the same time I can understand its purpose. Hopefully there will be more flexibility on ROAS side in future. I would absolutely recommend this app and I hope the team continue to deliver outstanding service even if in future they become super busy and popular.
