CaterCap adds structured booking and capacity control to existing catering products. Customers choose an available date, time, fulfillment method, and guest count before checkout. Temporary holds protect guest and order capacity while checkout is active, then capacity is committed or released. Merchants set service windows, lead times, fulfillment options, and limits, then review reservation activity in an embedded dashboard. Customer identity and payment data remain in Shopify.
