Ditch the confusing points, this is the way to go! We switched to Redeemly because our old points system was confusing for customers and eating into our margins. This app offers straight-up store credit cashback, which is so much easier for customers to understand and actually drives them to come back and spend it. Setup was a breeze. We had it installed quickly, and it easily integrated with our email provider. Since switching, we've even noticed more frequent recurring orders. Customer service is top-tier as well.
