Parece una estafa, caro e impersonal Instalé la app para recuperar carritos por WhatsApp, pero el mensaje que envía viene desde un número extraño con un nombre como “RevmaKx”, lo que genera desconfianza. Además, decía “Hola there” en lugar de personalizar bien y en español a pesar de que el mensaje lo seleccione en español, no tenía ni el logo ni el nombre de mi tienda, un perfil falso, que parece los que hacen estafas en WhatsApp y el mensaje no se puede editar aun cuando pagues el plan de 9,99 € ,. Muy impersonal. Pagas 9,99 € al mes y encima me cobraron 0,22 € extra por solo 2 mensajes. Totalmente absurdo. La desinstalé y prefiero enviar los mensajes manualmente desde el WhatsApp de mi tienda, con mi nombre y logo. No la recomiendo.

It makes it so easy to interact with my customers and address abandoned carts , it doesn’t slow down my online store like some apps I have integrated in the past ..... I strongly recommend.
