CartParley

CartParley adds a chat assistant to your online store that answers shopper questions from your real product data: details, availability, comparisons, and your store's policies. It can add items to the cart when a shopper asks. When a shopper hesitates on price, it can offer the discount codes you've pre-approved, or send you a request for a one-off discount on the item they're looking at. You approve or deny each request at the amount you choose, and the code goes back to the shopper by chat.
