Cancel My Order

Free your team from handling order cancellations with a fully automated process. Place a clear Cancel order button on the Order Status page so customers can fix mistakes themselves. The app inherits your theme styling, and you control the text. Automatically hold orders during a fully custom time window and release for fulfilment if not cancelled. Choose to refund customers to their original payment method or store credit, and send a confirmation email to the customer.
