CallYo: COD Confirmation

CallYo connects your Shopify store to a call center team that phones customers to confirm cash-on-delivery orders before you ship them. Agents see each order's name, phone, address, and products, call the customer, and mark the order as confirmed, rescheduled, or refused. This reduces refused parcels, lowers return shipping costs, and raises your real delivery rate. Orders sync automatically, agents work from shared queues, and every call is logged so you always know the status of each order.
