Byte: Product Recommender Quiz

All great!

This app does everything you need. For A LOT cheaper than other software options. The customer service is really fast and helpful. They provide video explanations of any issues/resolutions so it's super clear. If you need a quiz app this is your best option. If you're not sure, download this app and one other app and compare. You'll see how much cheaper, faster and better this is.

App says I can choose the free for life plan, but then tells me I'll be billed for usage?? It's not free then. Please update your information. Will not use as was falsely advertised as a Free plan avalable

The best quiz app in Shopify, great and quick customer support

The App is easy to use and the support provided has been excellent. Resulting in a stress free process to set up a new quiz and to check what configurations are possible. Would definitlely recommend this to other Shopify users.

Great App! Easy to use, and helpful and fast responses from support team - definitely recommend :)

I am so pleased with the app and the people working at Byte. They gave me excellent service and helped set up the quiz seamlessly. The app has so many features, and works well for my brand.

Recommend this app + Diksha's service to quickly change the layout / design of the quiz at my request (for free). This is a new app but really easy to set up and use, and they make quick changes / updates too very often! I hope to see more use functions soon!

The top choice out there for a Product Recommender Quiz or any similar quiz for Shopify - for free and obviously an upgrade plan as you go. If you need help aligning the quiz with your brand, simply contact customer service—they’ll handle it for you!

We are an online parts seller, so having a product recommender that has 100% accuracy is really important as our products only work with specific appliance models. This was the only app that had a functioning dynamic recommendation engine that worked as promised. The support provided far exceeded expectations. In order for this app to work as needed for our specific use case the support team had to make adjustments to their algorithm and they delivered on it. Great product and great support.

The app is very easy to use and the creation of the quizz is simple. The team support answers very quickly and is great help ! Would recommend this app to others.

My complaint helped me get the right tip, and now things are working—for now. I’m desperate to get support for two days. No response. I’ve used it for some time in my old shop and it worked fine. Now it’s full of bugs, and the integration is finally not working. So what’s going on?

this is basically insanely good !!!!! I am so glad to have found this. I need recommendations based on a series of question... tricky thing and this is it.

I received great experience trouble-shooting any issues with their team. They've always responded in a timely manner and were polite about my problems! Big thanks to Diksha !

Amazing support, and the app is simple to use, I would highly recommend. Thank you!

As usual this app is a gem and Amit from customer service is wonderful. He helps with lightning speed. Skai Lama management, give this guy a nice bonus!!
