Addora Preorders & Ship Later

I run a toy business that is very heavy on pre-orders. This app is now an essential part of my business and does everything I need from pre-orders to buy now, ship later options. It's a great app that has a great self-set up tutorial and holds your hand in setting it up. The best part is the support is great. Even when i was on the free tier they helped me greatly whenever I ran into any issues. I have a custom theme so there were some hiccups, but they solved most issues within a hour of chatting with support. It's a great app and worth trying out. If you ever run into problems just hit up chat, they will help you through it.

The app is amazing, it’s extremely convenient, and I was even surprised that it’s the only one that allows customers to combine multiple orders into a single shipment. It’s a game changer for e-commerce websites that ship to the other side of the world and have relatively high shipping costs. Great app! Managing held orders and pre-orders used to be such a hassle, lots of manual back-and-forth, but now it's smooth and easy for both us and our customers. What an amazing app & team! Addora provides everything my customers and I need for my type of store (collectors items). Thanks to their system I'm looking into upscaling my business, because it creates a much smoother and streamlined process of ordering and requesting shipping. It took over a lot of my manual work and the customers are better aware of the status of their pre-orders.
