Valentina was very helpful in answer all the questions I had, making suggestions, and getting back to me so quickly! She also explained her answers in a way I could understand while including pictures. I'm so grateful because I've been having a lot of support issues with other companies, so Valentina (and Shopify as a whole) have been a breath of fresh air.

We absolutely love this Delivery Date Picker! It's perfect for our wagashi shop, allowing customers to order online and easily select their pickup date and time. It integrates seamlessly into Shopify and makes managing available dates a breeze. The documentation is simple to follow, and live support is always just a click away.
Really useful app, looks good on our site and works much better than others we've tried. Self explanatory to set up but easy to follow instructions and good help from Sylvain when we had a few starting glitches. Sylvain very open to making improvements/changes based on feedback and implemented them quickly. Only thing I would watch out for is how you set it up based on your 'Express Checkout' preferences, as we initially set the app to be on the cart page and the Express Checkout means you can bypass the date picker that way, which wasn't obvious from the set up instructions.
I'm disappointed to say that this didn't work. Looks nice, but broke the url connection to my checkout. I reached out to Buunto twice asking for help and NO ONE even responded to me. I deleted and am going to work with a company that will actually help their customers.
I use this app to help my customers indicate delivery preferences for perishable deliveries, and it's really easy to setup & helps reduce a lot of back & forth with the customers. The service team is also very responsive & proactive. Definitely recommend

This app' is really user friendly but yet more complete than most that I have tried: delivery/pickup options are quite easy to set-up, the calendar style is customizable enough and being able to set the shipping rate given the delivery day is (surprisingly) a feature no other app' proposes (as far as I know). On top of that, the team is super reactive to any question/request. Really a great job.
The Buunto date picker app is very good . If there is something you don't now or you have a problem ? The 5-star customer service fix it in now time ! They answer with in the hour and fix my problem with in one day. Great great service !

The best application for selecting dates and times. You can arrange for certain products to be delivered on different dates than others. It's really interesting when you have a physical point of sale too! The team is reactive and helpful if you have any questions about the settings!

Buunto is the perfect solution for our pastry shop. Our products have different preparation times, and the app lets us set them up so customers can only choose realistic pickup dates and time slots. It has made managing our orders so much easier. When we launched our store in Catalan, we found an issue with the date and time formatting in that language. We reported it to support and they fixed it incredibly fast. Everything works perfectly now. Excellent service, highly recommended.
