Burq: Delivery Management

Great service, decent rates. I have used burq for over 3 years and one thing i love is the customer support.

Burque has been a lifesaver when I need a delivery made in a pinch. Vince is very helpful for onboarding and integration and Wasa is really helpful in customer service. I appreciate the ongoing improvements and care behind the team at Burque.

Decent shipping rates but has glaring issues regarding important factors. Support is almost nonexistent when facing issues such as endless pending status. A same-day delivery app should not take over an hour to reach back regarding a package that needs to be delivered before our store closes. To be specific, our issue was a simple one; our shipping status did not change from pending due to a formatting error from the delivery address. This one shipment took over 3 hours to be fulfilled, and it was over an hour until we finally got a response from Burq's support team. We had to personally deliver the package because of how long the wait was to be assigned a driver. Today we gave Burq its final chance. We waited for over an hour for a driver to be assigned and still had no luck. We switched to another delivery app and had a driver pick up the package in less than 20 minutes. Delivery requires consistency and communication. Nobody likes to make delivery a hassle. A delivery app should be able to take care of the logistics without having to be contacted constantly to get packages picked up.

Burq has helped streamline my business in a multitude of ways. From same-day delivery to integrated pricing models on my website, Burq has truly made the customer experience a positive one. The platform is extremely user-friendly and pricing is very fair compared to other courier services. Highly recommend!
