Bristm Upsell & Bundles App

Does exactly what we need – bundles in our online store and at POS The app (formerly Rebolt Bundle & Upsell, now Bristm Upsell & Product Bundle) does exactly what we need. It works at our POS and in our online store. Bundles can be set up easily and integrate well in the buy box. We have been using it since May 2026 for our yoga and meditation sets, and we can keep our own SKUs and EANs, so inventory and our marketplace setup stay unchanged. The support was super fast and helpful with all our questions. When the app rename temporarily affected our POS tile, the team investigated right away and fixed it within a day. Two small suggestions for the team: - Add-to-cart tracking: a bundle is sent as one request with several line items, so depending on the theme and tracking setup, events can fire for the bundle and for each product. A native bundle-level event or clear tracking documentation would be great. - The buy box content loads slightly slower than the rest of the page. Overall, a great and flexible bundle solution for merchants who sell online and in-store. Highly recommended!Also the support was super fast and helpfull with all our questions.

Stop looking and get this app. It's super user friendly, steps are super simple and everything works like it says. I have a ton of products (hundreds) and I wanted to have a mix and match 3 to save 20% offer under each individual listing. I was able to make the offer and customizing it was pretty simple. Fast customer service too- no waiting around on an email for hours in order for someone to get back to you which is nice! Jigs was able to help me customize a few things on my bundle. If you need easy to use and lots of design variability, this app is for you!

We use the app to sell bikini separates as sets. The app works well but we have had some support issues, those issues have now been resolved.

Auto and manual install is not working. There are lots of bugs. - Price is shown in GBP symbol. I asked this also to support team but they didn't responded it. - When I use Brooklyn's half opening drawer style basket, it is not working - It doesn't work with another discount code. System gives me error. There are more way to go with this app, it is not mature at all...

What they don't tell you is that if you use this app, you cannot use any discounts. So, you can kiss all of your sales and marketing promotions you have good-bye. Absolutely, worthless if you want to do any other promotions or discounts at the same time.

WOW. Very simple app to use. Installation very easy and looks actually pretty good out of the custom. So far we had no need to contact them for assistance.

If you need this to work with multi-currency, don't waste your time. It does not work with multi-currency. Probably a support person error, but they told me it definitely works with Shopify Multi-Currency and I spent quite some time getting it to thematically match our site and to work well, only to switch currency and find it doesn't switch lol. For a good bundle system that can do multi-currency and multilingual (with many other things like upsell and cross sell) check out Selly in the Shopify app store. This app will work fine if you don't need multi currency

I went through about 10 different apps trying to find one that works without messing up inventory, requiring separate part numbers, and so on. This one fit the bill for being able to make bundles of multiple types and allow me the option of when and where to place them. All of these bundle apps require some kind of wiring. I could not get this app to work with the Parallax theme and many features I could get to work on other themes did not work out well. However, the developer was able to go into our site and set it up completely with our preferred theme. After which, it worked (almost) perfectly. Glitches have popped up, but the developer responds fairly quickly to deal with them. I have seen cases where prices are doubled, etc., but the developers fixed it within 48 hours. The only real problem with this app is how it tracks analytics. It creates draft orders for any bundle item. If the customer doesn't buy the item, you are left with a ton of extra draft orders. I have to clean them up daily which is a pain. The other issue we have, is that we are in the US and the developers are in India. They don't generally respond to E-mail replies. You have to send a note through Shopify to get them to answer and the answers can be somewhat cryptic. The work is good, but the communication is lacking. Because of the minor annoyances and bugs, and the difficulty getting clear support (via E-mail), I knocked off one star. In our case, this is the best current option for our needs. Does not integrate with Shopify Multicurrency, when a different currency is selected only the currency symbol changes not the actual item price. This means the wrong price is displayed to the customer. It's a shame because the app was very easy to use but this means I cannot use it for my store because to display incorrect pricing information is misleading to customers.

Updating my review. The support team is amazing! They are just lagged because of the time change. The app is now working perfectly for us. Highly recommend ZERO SUPPORT. I AM TRYING TO GET THE APP TO FIX A GLITCH IN MY CART AND NO ONE HAS REPLIED FOR 24 HOUS.

So far so good eccept when I change currency the bundle price doesnt reclaculate - so if I switch from AUD to GBP, the price looks super high in the bundle and low on the product - please help guys, otherwise this is great.
