Really happy with this app so far. The crop by expansion to square images is super useful. I like that once you've found the right settings for you you can schedule it to run daily.

I used BIE to help optimize my store www.BanditsEmporium.com and considerably improve my alt-text. I thought it would be a complex task but it took like 30 seconds to do. I still have a decent amount to explore but overall am really enjoying the simplicity.

Worst app ever. It destroyed my theme! I contacted them and they were hostile and unwilling to help.

Messed up all of my images that are located in the product description. Reverting did not fix this. I have 400+ product pages I now have to fix. Thanks a lot.

I uninstalled this app, yet am still getting charged $99.99 per month. Please refund us and stop charging us. last year I subscribed to their most expensive plan because we have a lot of images in our store. BEWARE, it is NOT working! You need to batch your images per 100 images per batch (in zip) for it to work, more than that, its not working. I worst part, I figured it out myself. I reached out to support then I was answered by the support named Channel asking me to send images. I sent and then after that, no reply at all, weeks have passed! so I figured out the way to make it work by myself. Poor customer support.

false advertising. free 50 images editing is not included on renaming feature. Deceitful, i want to try before paying, this is very disapointing.

I am really enjoying this app. It helps me find where images do not have alt text or are named incorrectly. This app finds things I didn't even know I needed to fix.

What a time saver! Unfortunately I did not prioritize consistent image naming when I started my store and when it finally was time to address SEO I had HUNDREDS of image files I thought I would need to address individually. Then I discovered this app. What would have taken DAYS took just minutes - incredible. So easy to use. It also identified what images still needed Alt Text so those could be addressed as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this app.
