Details

Bug Recorder lets customers and staff record their screen and voice directly from your storefront when something goes wrong. Instead of a written description, you get an actual recording showing the issue and hearing it explained. Merchants enable the button from any theme through the app embeds menu, then customize its color, position, and label from the app's settings page. No code is required. Recordings are saved automatically for the store's team to review.
