Buddha Mega Menu & Navigation

Un service exceptionnel et une application remarquable! Ça fait plusieurs années que je travaille avec Budha Mega Menu et je suis toujours aussi satisfait de leur service! Une équipe professionnelle, efficace, rapide et toujours disponible pour répondre à mes questions ou régler les petits problèmes. Et que dire de l'application elle-même! Elle est tout simplement excellente, complète, facile à utiliser et offre énormément de possibilités pour personnaliser et améliorer la navigation d'une boutique Shopify. C'est vraiment un outil que j'apprécie au quotidien. Le service est impeccable, les suivis sont toujours excellents et c'est un vrai plaisir de travailler avec une équipe aussi compétente et fiable. Voilà!

Love it, it enables me to create a menu with sub-divisions, exactly what I was looking for. It's weird that Shopify itself doesn't let you do that, but I'm happy to there's an app to solve this.

We have used the app for two years now and it is simple APP to use and it creates fantastically rich menus. Very easy to make changes and reorganise the content. Fast support when needed.

Customer support is lacking. There is no instant chat with either AI or a Human and if you need help the email turn around is too long. the product appears to be reasonably useful but when you need assistance and can't afford to pay someone to do the work for you its impossible. dissapointed there is not better customer service, especially as I am now paying for this product.

The app is great and easy to use, but the service you get is even better. If you need any help, just use the "contact us" button and you'll get an answer pretty quickly. Rox and Anca have helped me out and gotten me quick answers. Anytime you have to pay for an app customer service is a must and you definetly get that here.

Our store has a large collection with many categories. The Simple menu from Mega Menu was perfect for allowing us to make the menu easier to navigate. It was easy to install, create, and update. Their support is excellent – timely and thorough. Great app!

I used the app to add a tree of drop downs on my main menu as my current theme does not support multiple levels of drop downs. It has done the job perfectly, really clear instructions with short clear video tutorials. I’d highly recommend.

Easy to use to make a clean and useful and super organized menu! Great customer service too. They always get back to my emails fast.

We installed the app onto our website and after doing some updates to our homepage banner and header the app failed. We were having issues with it displaying on the homepage, specifically with the Google Chrome browser. I encourage anyone who uses this app to be sure that it is functional across all browser types. There were issues with timely communication with the support team because they are on a GMT timezone which is not helpful. In addition, support team told us one that their developers were away and then two when he/she came back apparently did not see an issue on their end. However sadly enough the collaborator account that we set up with them had the status "Never Logged In". That was upsetting to see because it simply translates to the idea that they were never looking into the issue to begin with. Luckily for us, we are now working on a custom mega menu through a Shopify expert at an extremely low flat rate. I suggest this to potential clients as this is a cost effective route. In addition, you do not have to worry about the trouble of having to troubleshoot potential mishaps with the app.

Great app! is easy to install and it has great support. The menu comes out very clean. It would be a bit easier if it could use a drag and drop system if you want to reorganize your files. I would recommend to all users to not charge with too much images as it affects in the weight of the page. Keep it simple!
