ZenBox: Bundle Builder

I spent months trying to find the perfect "build a box" app and am so glad I came across Box Builder. They're the only app on the market that truly is a customizable builder with various steps. The team at Box Builder (specifically Andy) is amazing to work with -- they fix anything within a couple of hours and are so responsive to any questions I have. I recommend Box Builder to ANYONE looking for an app for customizable gift boxes, build your own kits, or just bundles in general. This is the best $20 a month you'll spend on Shopify Apps and will save you THOUSANDS of dollars that you would spend on a developer.

I prefer the last version but it's still be useful for our store.

Great app! I used it so that customers could choose a box size of 2, 4 or 6 bottles of cocktails and then select whichever cocktails they wanted from a list of 8. The 'add a form step' part let me add a gift message step and also a preferred delivery date. Support was always very efficient and helpful. would recommend.

The Deli Social - Birmingham. Downloaded to sell customisable Christmas hampers. This app is really easy to use and the support from Andy has been next level. It has built in steps that work really well together, and you can use form steps to get personalised messages. On top of this more than one automatic discount is available which is not part of the base Shopify software. We have been able to produce highly customisable products that are exactly what we were looking for. We are very impressed and would recommend it to anyone looking to have a customisable option on their products.

If you are looking for an app to offer customizable gifts this is THE ONLY one that matters! It is very customizable, it offers you a lot of possibilities ... it is simply incredible what marketing possibilities you have with its help! Andrew is one of the most dedicated people I've met since I've been working with the Shopify platform, he answers questions very quickly and has no problem explaining how many times it takes to understand ... Normally I write reviews after gathering some experience with an app, which can take a while. But this time I make an exception, and give you 5 stars straight away. After we decided to offer gift boxes to our customers, I expected the worse. I was sure that finding a proper app, get it running, and customize it they way we want will cause pain and frustration, as happened so often in the past. But not here: After all, it took 3 minutes to get my first box up and running. The step-by-step builder is so amazingly simple, I love it. Also the way to create a product for the box is fantastic as it doesn´t interfere with other discounts that you might want to offer your customers. Really good job, thanks a lot! I already have tons of ideas what else we can do with this app, and I have not even seen everything...

Lauralynn went above and beyond to help me find solutions to the issues I was dealing with on the app. There are some glitches with the app but having someone from customer service get on a video call with me and talk through my problems and actively make notes about fixes for the app in the future is super impressive and very much appreciated. At the end of the day, the app accomplishes almost everything I need it to and it looks like more features will be rolling out to make it even better soon!

I use this app to create an experience for customers where they can feel like they are packing their own gift box to spoil someone special in their life. I've had very good support from the team with giving advise on how to use the app best. They even take the time to do video calls and screen sharing at a time convenient to their customers - even if that means very early hours for them. Update: More than 3 years using this app and there’s just nothing else like it. Great user experience. Awesome app and customer service!! The only one in the entire app store which functions the way we needed it. The team did every customization to make it fit to my custom theme and nothing was too much to ask :) Definitely an app we will keep for a long time!

I tested 3 'build your box 'type apps and this is by far the best. I was able to set up the box very fast and easily, it has many more options than other apps and it allows you to use multiple SKU bundle without having to change anything in your theme. Also their support team was very prompt and helpful when i needed help. The only minus i can see so far is that the app doesn't have a report section, that would make a nice addition.

This is the app we've been waiting for. streamlines the buying experience for a customer and i've already seen sales increase by an average of 20% each purchase. It's been a week. Fantastic.

We have looked at soooo many apps to find the one that fits our needs perfectly. This is by far the cleanest looking, easiest to navigate that we have found. Ron was AWESOME in quickly helping me figure out a couple minor issues I was having (after another rep gave me a canned 'this is not possible with the app' response). This is the perfect app if you are looking for customers to be able to build your own gift box within your website. Can select when products you include and the steps. Makes it easy and gives customers a good experience. Support has been helpful in answering my questions and helping me.

We're totally excited to launch our new box building option this week with the help of BoxBuilder:DIY Product Bundles. I tested a few other apps the past few days and nothing really compared to the design of this app. It seamlessly integrated into our theme so it looks like an actual part of our website, rather than a 3rd-party add on. We offer surprise boxes and a DIY system has been requested many times, so we really can't wait to share with our customer base.
