Bookkeep.com has become an essential part of our Shopify operation. Quite frankly, it solves reporting and accounting gaps that Shopify itself still has not addressed. The support team is exceptional — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. More importantly, the people behind the product understand accounting. They are not just software support staff; they understand financial reporting, reconciliations, assurance requirements, and what management actually needs from accounting data. What stands out most is that they continuously improve the platform. New features, better workflows, stronger reporting — they clearly listen to accountants and operators and build accordingly. Their tax handling is excellent and has significantly reduced complexity and risk in our bookkeeping process. The automation is reliable, but the real differentiator is the audit trail. Every imported entry includes supporting source documentation attached directly to the transaction. From an accounting and assurance perspective, that is incredibly valuable and honestly a dream setup for accountants. Bookkeep.com has given us the confidence to continue scaling on Shopify despite Shopify’s ongoing accounting and reporting limitations. It has become one of the key reasons we are staying on the Shopify platform. Highly recommended for any serious Shopify business that cares about accurate financials, clean reconciliations, strong controls, and management reporting.

I love this app! It leaves the transactions in the subsystem where they belong rather than clogging up QuickBooks with redundant data readily available in Shopify. Transactions are summarized daily making tracking of bank deposits and daily sales a breeze. All that and a log (audit trail) too!

I looked high and low for an app that integrated exactly how I needed in QuickBooks. I just happened to come across this app and after a month of mapping, reconfiguring and working on my set up it's working like a charm and it's super easy. I especially like the real-time changes you can do to your daily sales and mappings right there in the log. Thank you for creating this app, having awesome support & working with our needs. Great onboarding, intuitive and direct 1:1 support via zoom to get it all set up. Would like to have the ability to summarize by product type and class code at some point but great for now.

Daily and accurate journal entries mean I know where my business stands every day without a lot of checking or calculating between different programs. No more confusing journal entries from multiple sales channels and stores! No more, why won't this balance? What batch is that, etc?! ThisPLUS the customer support is insanely good! Not only did Anish and Ananie get me set up properly, but they walked me through all the connections and links and entries so I really understand where the numbers are coming from. Buy this now. If you are a busy entrepreneur, it will change your life. Rock Stars! PS - A few years ago before Bookkeep Daily Summary was available I tried the QB version, which makes a journal entry for every single transaction into QBO, which is not necessary, redundant and slows down QBO to the point that it is useless. So glad I checked again for something new! This is the way to go if you want smart, clean and accurate books.

QuickBooks Daily has had such great customer service. They spent so much time with me helping me make it work for our accountant.

Terrible management. They keep raising the prices, it went from $10 a month to $40. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This is such a great software for my clients who use Shopify and have a lot of daily transactions. I was so overwhelmed with my client's books until I found Bookkeep. Task that would take me hours to do without Bookkeep is all there and saves me so much time and headaches. I love how everything is connected to easily. I've used Bookkeep for years. It's given me so much time back to run my business and not stress about bookkeeping, which is not my specialty. The subscription is worth every penny and my reporting and subsequent tax prep is seamless. There is a little learning curve on the front end and the support team has held my hand through the initial phases. Now it all just happens- like a small miracle. Highly recommend to customers that are looking for accurate reporting, daily integration, and a helpful support team.

This app keeps QBO up to date on a daily basis. My financial statement are always current I always know exactly how our business is doing. On occasion where something has changed in Shopify or one of payment forms, customer support at Bookkeep quickly resolves the issues.
