Definitely the best booking app in the shopify store. It has the best price/quality ratio and allowed me to add cancel and reschedule directly on my website without using a link within an email

I currently have a 90 email thread open with them trying to sort out issues. Honestly, the app conflicts with literally any app on the store. It took a week trying to get it to work on the shoptimized theme and I'm still having issues every day. The customer service is not the best. They tend to have to be explained things a lot. I have sent tons of traffic to a store that is glitchy as hell and ended up with double bookings. The booking button has gone missing on mobile and I'm sending traffic to it and they don't even get back to you with help to sort it out. I have been waiting for hours and sometimes days for responses. I literally could not have been more patient but I just can't go on like this anymore. I would definitely like a refund! They even try to pass the blame and have told me no one else is having problems with it. We build ecom stores on a daily basis and have done for years. With this app, we have had over 5 major issues across 2 themes and over 1 month of troubleshooting (I have literally spent days!!) Thanks booking app for totally costing me time and money! Update 9th July 19: They asked me to change my review and i spent an extra couple of weeks with them trying to get things working right. Getting loads of complaints from customers and we had to stop our store running until we solved the problem. We spoke to book that app and within 24 hours they did the whole thing for us and we were live again. They are without a doubt the best option. customer service was awsome.

Seems like it should be fine if it actually worked. I have been back and forth (mostly me following up 2-3 times) with their customer support and have still not had help nor is my issue resolved, it has now been almost 2 months. I eventually hired a developer to look into it and see if the coding or console errors and have been told it is an issue with the App itself and the App developer needs to fix it. If you are reading (Webkul Booking App) this please help me!!!!

The app itself is a really good product. Takes quite a bit of tweaking the settings but performs really well. The missing star is due to the excess seller support required when integrated into the marketplace app. To be fair, the support team provides 5 star service.

Super nice app and support team really helpful !

At first, it's take some time to get used with the configuration in order to build different types of product but once you know how the features and how to build your product, it's pretty easy to use. You can do pretty much all kind of product booking. Customer support is fast and efficient. I used another Webkul app in the past with another ecommerce platform and their app was also very efficient and robust. Highly recommended. Thanks guys!

I use this app to run multiple different businesses tracking and booking software and it’s a breeze to integrate into the website and in the very rare occasion where I have an issue, the help team and technical team is very quick to guide me or help fix it themselves i highly recommend them for any website needing a calendar integration
