Book'd

We use Book'd for booking private coaching sessions and small group classes. I tested three different booking apps before landing on this one because most either felt overly complicated or required too many workarounds. What I like most is that it feels like a natural part of Shopify instead of another external scheduling platform. Customers book, pay, receive confirmation emails, and everything shows up in our calendar automatically. There are still a couple of customization options I'd love to see added, but overall it's been reliable and our staff picked it up very quickly.

We sell paid strategy sessions through Shopify, and Book'd made that possible without having to connect several different tools together. Clients can purchase a consultation, choose an available time, and instantly receive their meeting details. Google Calendar integration works well, reminder emails are customizable, and the dashboard makes it easy to keep track of upcoming appointments. We've processed a few hundred bookings so far without any major issues. Support has also been responsive whenever we've had questions, which makes a big difference for a business that depends on appointments.
