Great so far no complaints. Staff is great, quick and efficient. A must have if your store is dealing with fraud & bots.
Very responsive and helpful team. Samuel was incredibly helpful—he did a live check with me and explained everything clearly step-by-step. The only downside is that visitors from restricted locations still trigger Shopify's visitor tracking. It makes you feel like the block isn't active, though I realize this is due to how Shopify handles traffic data rather than a bug in the app.
Cam was very friendly and knowledgeful. She resolved my issue in a second. Customer Service 10/10.
