Extremely unprofessional and fraudulent. They unboarded us, charged us 3 months' platform fees, and later denied services. The migration was also done, and they went back on their word and a signed contract. Their sales team, finance team and management are not on the same page. They will promise you a lot of things and later won't fulfil the promise. Don't recommend to anyone!! Beware and stay away!!

We've been using this tool since 2 weeks now and we've had a good experience with the tool. It's very easy to use and navigate through. Customer segmentation has become easier and some additional features like Bik Ai are worth exploring too.
