We recently switched from Klaviyo to BayEngage. The entire staff at BayEngage made this a seamless transition. I wish I had made the move sooner! We are still early on in our relationship working together, but so far I am very satisfied and looking forward to good things ahead.
We moved to Shopify and were sent to another company by our developer. We were using both Bay Engage and Target Bay. Wish we had never left. Glad to say we are back to this team that actually cares about their customers. They know what they are doing and the results are better.
I have been using this app since the Fall of 2021. In addition to the features, which are great, I especially value the excellent customer support which is always, timely, accurate and courteous.
I'm not sure why this app has 5 stars. I asked for help and they basically told me to upgrade for a better experience. Emails are not delivered immediately (I had to contact customer service each time and they manually pushed them through on their end). You can't even see your click/open rate without upgrading. I was hopeful but I'm truly disappointed. The search continues!
Mace has been an invaluable asset for our email marketing. His knowledge of the platform, trends and customer service is second to none. We're constantly learning from him and it's greatly appreciated. It's great to know that he has our back and only has our best interest and wants us to succeed.
BayEngage and BayReviews have immediately increased our potential to reach out to our customer base in fun and exciting ways! We have seen a good amount of growth since adding TargetBay apps to our site, and I would highly recommend them to anyone with a substantial customer base!
After 10 years in the e-commerce industry, we’ve worked with a number of email marketing platforms over the years — from Mailchimp to Omnisend, then Klaviyo, and now BayEngage. Out of all the platforms we’ve used, BayEngage has by far been the most intuitive and user-friendly, while also being far more economical for the features and support provided. As any e-commerce business owner would know, migrating from one platform to another can be an incredibly time-consuming and stressful process. However, the BayEngage team supported us every step of the way, making the transition seamless and effortless. A special mention goes to Ron, our Customer Success Manager, who has been absolutely exceptional throughout the entire onboarding and migration process. Having worked with countless apps, agencies, and external partners over the past decade, we can confidently say that Ron’s level of customer service has gone above and beyond anything we’ve experienced before. We couldn’t recommend BayEngage more highly — not only for the performance and ease of use of the product itself, but also for the outstanding customer support that comes with it. We’ve now also migrated our Customer Reviews and Rewards program to BayRewards, another product offered by the same company, and have been equally impressed with the experience so far.
we're a small business in Las Vegas, NV. we were spending A LOT on MailChimp & on Emotive while not really doing much except sending campaigns. we wanted automation and more segmentation, which is 100% doable in BayEngage! Mace P. is an honest and powerful asset to the TargetBay group. he's helped our business make more sales by making strong suggestions, as well as corrected some of our bad marketing habits. will be happy to work with him again, and I hope his bosses recognize how much positive change he has brought to our company.
BayEngage has been great to work with so far. They are very concerned with our success, highly responsive, and willing to meet our individual needs. The interface to the customer (us) is excellent, easy to understand and very logical. I've been particularly impressed with their onboarding process and speed at which they have gotten us up and running. I would highly recommend BayEngage!
We use BayEngage for our email campaigns, pop ups, automation and SMS and really enjoy how easy it is to navigate and perform all the tasks needed for a mid-sized business at a great value!
The best! We have had tremendous success using BayEngage. It is a very robust platform that continues to grow with us. This app lets us get extremely detailed with our emails, and includes features like A|B testing, which is valuable for our market research. The support staff is also great and really made the onboarding process painless! Danielle, our BayEngage Account Manager, has been there with us all along the way, and has been a huge help with getting our marketing department familiar with this new software.
We've been using Target Bay for a couple of months already. The whole team has been really helpful and reply really fast to all our concerns. I would give them 5 stars right away if it wasn't for some issue we had to work on. Overall it has been a great app and it's working fine. Thanks to Ron for being so helpful and responsive! He is great!
BayEngage has been incredibly helpful in mass marketing to our customers. They have functions for automated emails, some customer activity tracking, SMS options, and more depending on what you're looking for. Ron has been a very useful asset in helping us figure out any issues that we have and provide some suggestions on automations we could set up, and assisting on how to set them up if we need help.
Bay Engage is an intuitive, easy to use system that makes creating campaigns super easy! Customer support from Danielle is a 10 out of 10! In addition, the team at Target Bay is very proactive and made sure my email deliverability is in prepared for ever evolving terms and from major platforms like google and yahoo. Big thanks to the entire team at Bay Engage!

We contracted with BayEngage and TargetBay several months ago, replacing Klaviyo and our reviews app. We are SO pleased with the quality of the apps and even more importantly, the number of reviews that are being completed has quadrupled since we moved to them. Ron is our customer service rep and he is 100% responsive, answers my questions almost immediately, and has even worked on some custom responses to our needs. I highly recommend them!
Outstanding customer service! We switched from Klayvio, paying $1200-$1800 per month, and we are now paying less than $500 per month. TargetBay merged everything over from Klayvio, all of our Flows, all of our Segments, our Lists, and even our Templates. The transition was seamless. We are getting better open rates, making more in sales, and saving money. Kudos to TargetBay's team!

Target Bay was straightforward to get set up. We were coming from Klaviyo, which needed to be faster when trying to set up emails. Klaviyo also charged a significant amount to have all of the emails set up. With Target Bay, they set everything up for free and walked us through how to use everything and verify the content was good. Ron has been very helpful reaching out to us regularly and giving great advice on how to increase conversions.
BayEngage is fantastic! Effective and easy to use marketing tool with solid support from their team. I highly recommend for any business owner looking to elevate their digital marketing effort.
