OPTIS Returns adds a return page to your online store. Shoppers find their order with the order number and email, choose the items and quantities, pick a reason, then either request a refund or exchange the item for another variant or a different product from your catalog. Every request arrives in one list. You approve or reject it, and the app creates the return in Shopify, refunds to the original payment method or as store credit, applies your fees, and restocks what you accept.
