It takes time to go through everything - but what a wonderful experince so far. Christian has been very helpful and the extra freebies they give to people starting out (like me), who can't afford the paid version yet, is really generous.
Tiana was very helpful ,she helped me to fix major issue I had at my store . Love this Avada !
Their online support is the best and a person is available whenever you need them. We had Beeter today, he was great! They are always available and very knowledgable. We needed help with settings and something that was stuck on our site. Beeter sent it to support, answered other questions, and it was fixed while on the chat. He also has a sense of humor! Definitely recommend this app, the features and support are priceless.
