Order changes arrive minutes after checkout, and every one of them turns into a support ticket and a manual edit in your admin. Luna is an order editor your customers can use themselves. From the Order Status Page they modify order details, change the shipping address, swap a variant, change quantity, add or remove an item, or cancel.
